The museum is very interesting, I highly recommend paying a visit there when you’re visiting Museum Auschwitz. I also recommend visiting the synagogue which is a part of the museum. The synagogue is the only one that survived the war and was restored and opened in 2000

The Auschwitz Jewish Museum tells a story that is often overlooked when people talk about Auschwitz. It presents the story of Jewish life before WW2 and even after. If you ever find yourself visiting Oświęcim and the concentration camp, definitely also pay this museum a visit.

Very interesting place with even more interesting history. Be sure to read the stories on the walls. The carrot cake was very nice.

Very interesting museum and a lovely tour done by a German Social Volunteer. English, German and Polish tours possible. Visit to the Old Synagogue is also nice and Jewish groups are able to hold a prayer with the old Thora. Beautiful, even though equipped with replicas. Very well worth a visit but don't expect much information on World War II. It's about Jewish life in the city.

The AJC is an incredible museum that preserves the Jewish history of the town of Oswiecim. The synagogue has been beautifully restored and the site of the great synagogue of the town has a beautiful memorial. The city tours are very informative as to the notable Jewish places in the town. Highly recommend this museum to learn more about Jewish history in Poland that was erased in the Holocaust.
