Excellent service now for 3 years. Having emigrated from England I needed a Ford Dealership to continue the service schedules on my Mondeo and they have not disappointed me. The members of service staff have been extremely helpful and also conducting the business in English their second language. Thanks to all involved.

Never ever again... I have set up my whole trip to buy a car (used one) based on their avalibility of the timeslot to check the car. I have asked at least 3 times what is included in the testing procedure. When I arrived with the car to the place, I was informed that not only some of the services are not included in the testing procedure, but later they told me that for them it is not possible to do it for this specific model. And I checked with them that they can do it for this specific model/year... they have messed up whole my trip (350km one way)! And the only thing I got from them was \sorry but we cannot help you...\ Very unprofessional !!!

Jestem naprawdę zadowolony z tego jak ten salon podchodzi do Klienta! Kupowałem tu używany samochód a w podjęciu decyzji POMÓGŁ mi p. Piotr. Naprawdę świetny gość, który nie tylko fachowo i po ludzku doradził ale pomógł później załatwić wszystkie technikalia (odebrałem auto w którym dodatkowo przyciemniono szyby, założono isofixa, przerejestrowano i ubezpieczono). A gdy po roku miałem stłuczkę i zadzwoniłem z zapytaniem, czy salon może pomóc wyjaśnił mi co i jak oraz osobiście przekazał mój temat koleżance z serwisu (serwis też stanął na wysokości zadania - dziękuję p. Malwino !). Właśnie dlatego polecam to miejsce!
Polecam. Sprawdziłem wiele razy. Bardzo dobra jakość obsługi.
