I have had the pleasure to be supported by Mateusz Piwowarski from Ursyn Car. I would like to recognise his support during the whole process of negotiation and purchase. 2 things that made me thinking about his activities in a positive way 1) during the holiday period he was able to find the back-up to move the things forward so we finalised all the process as planned 2) he was able to propose the number of additional activities/equipment AND what is even more important acted in the proper way when we realised some challenges on our way (fixing the software problem, changing damaged roof rack to the brand new one without any additional cost). Very professional and kind, customer focused approach. Thank you!

Podejscie, zaangazowanie Kierownika dzialu sprzedazy s. Uzywanych Pana Przemysława nawet na 6 gwiazdek . Jesli ktos kupuje auto uzywane z wszystkich salonow Pan Przemek byl najbardziej rzeczowy, uprzejmy i profesjonalny. Sam salon taki sobie, nie wyroznia sie.
Bardzo profesjonalna i jednocześnie przyjazna obsługa, nie tylko dla wielkich korporacji, ale też dla rodzin z dziećmi (które w dodatku trzeba było zabrać ze sobą). Tu podziękowanie za cierpliwość i otwartość dla pana Mateusza Rejcha. Co tylko można, czyli sporo, załatwia się zdalnie, więc fizyczne wizyty w salonie można ograniczyć do minimum. Duży plus za terminowość. Salon, warsztat, wszystko na miejscu. / Very professional, complex but also friendly staff (also for big families trying to choose the best family car). Most of paperwork can be do via emails so you don't have visit the dealer more often than necessary.
