Nothing special really. We arrived at the airport 2h before our flight as requested in the confirmation email, only to find out due to COVID regulations we can't enter the airport for the next 40mins..we had to wait outside. Airport staff grumpy and very controlling, seems like they haven't heard of customer service before. On the other hand, Coffee lady was super nice as were the entire cabin crew! The flight itself was very pleasant and professional.

This airport is completely disaster. There is no any public transport or even taxi to the city. The plane was canceled, then late. If you come in late hours, there is no connection to city at all. The same thing is when you come back. We spent 55 euros for taxi to come from Z.G. to airport. Never again.
Took a flight from Zielona Gora (ie Babimost airport) to Warsaw on 15/8/2017. There is a bus connection from Zielona Gora to the airport. But there is no info nor a sign at the bus terminal about where the bus depart from (and actually if there is such a bus). There were a few people with luggage so I guessed that's the place. The bus arrived late, what created even more confusion. On the positive side the bus was quite comfortable. However it had only a space for 3 large suitcases at the rear - glad there were no more passengers with suitcases. At the airport there were 2 check in desks so the check in proceeded smoothly (mostly thanks to not many passengers with the check in luggage) until I wanted to check in my luggage that was 2kg over a weight limit of 23kg. I was asked to remove some stuff or to pay for the extra weight. I was happy to pay extra. That created a problem for the check in staff as there were no payment facilities at the airport. They gave me 2 phone numbers and asked me to call them to make a payment over a phone. Glad I asked the staff to call the numbers for me - after a few attempts and long wait they gave up as no one answered their calls. After some additional wait, finally they told me that the system accepted my luggage without an extra payment and I can check in. So at the end it was a happy end of a very early and frustrating morning. Not impressed with the service at all. Not sure if I will fly from that airport again.
A good airport and improved operning times
Bardzo czyste i przyjemne lotnisko. Parking (FREE) tuż przy terminarze. Obsługa bardzo miła. Co było dziwnie, ale dla mnie to było na rękę, że wylecieliśmy na 10 minut wcześniej i wylądowaliśmy na 20 minut wcześniej :)
Niby port lotniczy nazywa się ''Zielona Góra-Babimost'', ale w zasadzie to do Zielonej Góry jest kilkadziesiąt kilometrów.
Obsługa niemiła, nadęta, zakompleksiona. Czepiają się wszystkiego, komuś zabrali nawet słoiczek chrzanu, gdzie na innych lotniskach takie rzeczy przechodzą. Korzystam niestety czasem z konieczności.
Dla mnie świetna alternatywa na połączenie z Warszawą. Ceny biletów nie wiele przekraczają koszt samych opłat na A2. Nie mówiąc już o kosztach paliwa i 9 godzinami za kierownicą w obie strony. Mały, cichy port lotniczy. Godziny połączeń również sensowne. Oby tak dalej, może w przyszłości jakieś połączenia sezonowe z Gdańskiem i Krakowem (?)
