I didn't order online but I went to the shop on 21-12 where i had a great experiance. The person who served the customers did this with great care and service. No questions where to mutch, i could ask them all, even it they where not shop related. She told me that there is a 30% discount if you order online in the pickup store. But they helped me with that on the stores own tablet. They also help you with rules en regulations to transport the fireworks when asked. This is one of the best fireworks shopping experiance i have ever had in my life. If you are in the neighbourhood please pick up your fireworks here. With kind regards the 550 zlotty order
I don't understand, I ordered this summer all was ok. But now, I don't know why my package is delivered in Germany,even if I live in Italy...I'm waiting too long someone could help me?!
2 orders so far. Prices are regular - not high or low. They may respond a bit harder to emails , but dont worry - they just have lots of orders so its hard to respond fast to every customer. Shipping is ok (whole Europe).
Really terrible company with very poor responsiveness. I placed an order and followed their exact instructions for wire payment. I sent repeated email and Facebook Messenger notes asking them to expedite as I wanted these for an event in 2 weeks. Never any response. Finally, after the two weeks I only received an automated response that they were awaiting payment. I threw away my money to this company. I recommend never to use them.
