Low performance and gestapo style of pediatrition M. Pekala, very rude behaviour to my child ,, you have horrible skin!” Beside bad manner and lack of kind attitude towards little ones, she described wrong medication and she caused more pain to my child

It's as bad as the communist days. I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to show up to check us in. Then you wait hours, and this is when it's not crowded. It's not good even by Polish standards

I fell down on the street when I was in Gdansk. People from the ambulance and people from hospital were really nice with me. They helped a lot. I was there for 3 hours, not bad because there were a lot of patients and they made me some x-ray and put on a cast in the leg. The organization was good too.

This must be a hospital from hell!!! How can nurses and doctors threat people like trash when they are in pain. Dont this country like tourists or what is the reason!!!!! My son came to this hospital and i cant believe how they threated him. I will never ever put my foot in this country!!!!!

Too long time waiting. I got out for a few minutes, after waiting more than hour and when I came back someone told me the doctor called me and they wrote that I went away and if I want to pass I should registry again and go to the end of the queue and wait few hours more. Unfortunately the place where we should wait for the doctor is not good and we can wait up to 6 hours if you get the blue stick. I think they could call again at least 3 times or call more again in the 6 hour range period, because we go to the hospital because we need and not for fun. I don't recommend. I looked for another hospital since I can't wait up to 6 hours more. Detail: As foreigner I should pay, so, I was expecting a better service.

I had severe back problems just before Guns N Roses show. I couldn't walk or sleep. And after reading the hospitals reviews (2,5 at that time), I was not sure I will be treated here ok. But to my surprise, I got here 5 star service. And my very special thanx go to Andrzej Klukowski. What a fantastic doctor and his care. Thank you so much!

FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE WOULD TURN IN HER GRAVE, AVOID THIS HOSPITAL, AVOID THIS HOSTPITAL , AVOID THIS HOSPITAL My friend and I went on a weekend break to Gdansk , my friend fell ill on the first day of our visit to Gdansk. She was in agony for a day when I finally had to ring for an ambulance. My friend has had her most of her intestines remove and also have a pouch on her tummy. She sometimes get pains and there is a possibity of her gut twisting. She took out insurance before we left Norway and when she tried to ring the insurance company the fobbed her off saying she wasnt covered due to her condition being pre existing, and our best couse of action was to ring for an ambulanse and go into state hospital.. Nurses was rude and rough with my friend. They ignored her as and left her with hardly any pain relief for most of the 24 hours prior to her operation . Would talk to her and pretended they didnt understand English or Norwegian. Wouldnt give her water. I tried to ring the ward several times and the nurses hung up on me more than once when I was trying to find out how my friend was. Took me one hour with help from the polish receptionist at the hotel we stayed to find out whether she got through the operation or not.. All we got was that the information was confidential and they would tell anyone apart from her family . Lot of balls , all I wanted to know is how my friend was, I didnt want her medical history . My friend was in pain and vunerable in a foreign country and got no sympathy or empaty from any of the hospital nurses.. DISCRACEFUL MY FRIEND AND I ARE AMAZED TO HOW THEY CAN TREAT PEOPLE , IF THEY EVER CAME TO NORWAY , THEY WOULD NOT GET TREATED LIKE THIS. SHAME ON YOU FORGET THAT STAR.... NO STARS FROM ME OR MY FRIEND
