Hospital emergency admission department may actually be a distressing event for foreigners due to extremely disrespectful staff who do not speaking any english and even don't try to understand you. But later my grandad was lucky to get very fast diagnostic tests and procedures and highest level of service and care at the Neurology Department of this Hospital. The day-shift nurses on this day (09.02.2018) and Dr. Michal Korzenski were wonderfully supportive! We haven't had better experience even with private hospitals abroad. Their level of care of was phenomenal!
Lousy hospital, dirty, unhygienic, incompetent and uncaring nurses. Extremely bad experience. DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR TREATMENT.
After pain in arm and breast the doctor from the emergency sent me away without even checking me. She screamed on me I should take an aspirin and declined any treatment-this was in the emergency on the 24.12.2018 at 6AM in the morning. Outcome in a differs hospital was a block in my arm, coming from the spine. Could have been also something worse. A written complain against this incompetent doctor will follow immediately.
If you care about your health, safety and your loved ones, do not...I repeat...do not go here! Demand a transfer to another hospital or just write yourself out if possible. Communication level was on an all time low and I probably got asked 6 times if I really wanted to leave without the consent of a doctor. I know my body the best since I've been glutenintolerant all my life and I've never stayed more than a few hours at the hospital but they wanted me to stay, at first, 3 days(!!!) but after a while just for the night. Got an allergic reaction and said what had happen but it seemed I knew more about what I needed, shots and pills, then the nurses and doctor I got to talk to. Been to many hospitals around the world but this is by far the worst in service, patient treatment etc. I could only last 3 hours approximately. Good luck to whoever lasts longer.
Stay away from polish health care! Or roll a dice with your health... My dad got treatment after his stroke in this place. Not enough staff to ensure a fair level of patient hygiene :-/ P.S. The food is not very good and in dad's case it resulted in malnutrition.

Osoba pracująca w rejestracji poradni rentgenowskiej strasznie opryskliwa. Wczoraj, kiedy wreszcie jaśnie pani raczyła podnieść słuchawkę była chamska i arogancka. Szczerze odradzam.
