More than 200 people with disabilities find help here every year. We rehabilitate, we do the therapy. We organize sports activities. We teach to live differently. We run, a unique for Poland, training apartments project: Academy of Life. People who were so far dependent on others move into the Academy for half a year, learn to live again and find a job. We are the first in Poland to take tens of people with disabilities to the sky. They learn to fly on a glider and paraglider - the wheelchair is left on the ground. Every day we teach people with disabilities how to be independent. Learning self-reliance at home, physiotherapy and art therapy show that it is possible! We have prepared over 100 volunteers to work with the disabled and terminally sick. Among our volunteers are also people with disabilities. We make sure people with disabilities are seen and understood. We teach how to avoid accidents. More than 8 000 children from all over Poland have taken part in our workshops.
