Pros: It's a nice place with good burgers and nice chill, relaxing music. Cons: Only one of the serving personnel speaks English, so it's not so easy to communicate if you don't have an polish language speaker with you. Also, I ordered the chef's burger, it was good, but the fries that came with the burger were super salty, like the chef dropped them in a bag of salt. They could do better, I think. That's why I gave only 3 stars.

The people working there, the prices, and the interior are all 'nice'. The food is great. It's in the upper-medium price range (burgers are most appealing price/quantity at 25 PLN), but worth it.
Very good. We had \dish of the day\, which was a very juicy burger with a veggie salad and some fries. No complaints about the food. The service are also fine. The interior could be improved a little; now it's a mixture of a students' cafeteria and some railway station bar. For the food I wholeheartedly recommend
My salad was tasty, but too sweet for me. I visited El Tiempo on Sunday evening. There was not many dishes from menu available. Service was good.
