I have had an experience with this dealer twice already, both not good. You literally have to chase them, even sort of beg them to give them your money and buy a bike. I have been around around Warsaw, to all the big dealers, from all the brands, and ended up buying 2 bikes in the last 2 years. This dealer was by far my worst experience I have had in Warsaw. The first time I visited them, to perform a test ride. All good till there. After the ride, I expressed my interest to buy the bike. A lady that I don't remember her name, kept my contact and promised to call me few days after, with more information on delivery date. 2 weeks passed, no contact. I decide to give them a call, and they inform me that, they have received the model I wanted, but unfortunately sold already. Now I have to wait for the next offer. Pathetic, I ended up buying from somewhere else. Quite recently, I decided to give them an other chance, since they were selling a model that I was interested. I send them an email, no response. I give them a call eventually, and to be honest it went relatively ok. We agree on the price and the details. I ask them to send me an email with a preform or an invoice, to put a deposit. Again no response for couple of days, no email with invoice. I give them an other call, and guess what..... the bike is sold. This is a joke. With their incompetence and unprofessionalism, I have lost valuable time and money, twice now. Never again.

Nie raz już kupowałem części, najczęściej u pana Bartka, i zawsze spotykałem się z miła i profesjonalną obsługą. Z innych usług nie korzystałem więc się nie wypowiem ale zakup części do mojego 30-latka był zawsze bezproblemowy nawet jeśli trzeba było szukać numeru części na kiepskiej jakości schematach sprzed 30 lat, to cierpliwie udawało się prawidłowo zidentyfikować każdą część.

Bardzo dobre doradztwo w czasie zakupu ubrań (niestety nie pamiętam imienia sprzedawcy). Późniejszy kontakt z Łukaszem Kamińskim również na plus - wszystko bardzo sprawnie załatwione. Polecam i będę wracał :)

Chciałem się podzielić swoja opinią apropo salonu oraz sprzedawców w szczególności osobie, która poświęciła mi najwięcej czasu, czyli Łukszowi Kamińskiemu. Przyjechałem do salonu z zamiarem zapisania się na sprawdzenie motocykla przed zakupem, po opisaniu sytuacji i każdych mankamentach o których wiem(a już nie wspomnę o tych których pewnie nie zauważyłem i wyszły by z czasem), dowiedziałem się jakie ryzyko się wiąże za tym jak go kupię. Doszedłem do wniosku ze mija się to z celem, wtedy zaproponowano mi motocykl, który maja na stanie...co tu więcej pisać zakupiłem ten model i jestem bardzo zadowolony!
