The chap on the counter was great. You could not fault his approach to customer care. While I did book an economy car, It seems I got the oldest car nearing its end of contract time. It was clean but it was not the most cared for car in the parking lot. That said, it has done well so far.

Przy rezerwacji nie zostałem poinformowany o dodatkowej opłacie 61 za to że samochód odstawiam w do innego miasta, jest to nieuczciwe traktowanie klienta, ta opłata powinna być widoczna przy zamawianiu, a nie po rezerwacji.
