Friendly, helpful staff. Some very good items at good prices. Shoes on offer tended to be mainly the same size, one off, items but if they happen to be your size, some great bargains to be had.

The blond long haired younger lady working in this store is down right miserable. How can a business like this tolerate this type of poor customer service. The older short haired lady is not much better. When asking if there was any additional discounts on the price of the purses she laughed in my face as if it was an inconvenience of me to even ask her and interrupt her at the cash. They are unwilling to help you out. This outlet location is not cheap at all compared to the regular stores. I left this nasty store and found the regular store much approachable and you get an extra 10 zl off. Plus a beautiful package.

Kupiłam skórzane rękawiczki na prezent, jedna z pań się zainteresowała, jednak była średnio miła, czułam się niekomfortowo, pokazała mi jeden model i tyle, sama zaczełąm dopytywać, szukać, wtedy jeszcze wyciągnęła coś innego. W końcu zdecydowałam się na jedną parę, w zasadzie spiesząc się z decyzją bo ta pani stwarzała nieprzyjemną atmosferę, nie odzywała się i tylko czekała czy wezmę a jak nie to do widzenia - tak to odebrałam. Rękawiczki chciałam zapakować na prezent , jeśli tzeba to dokupić jakąś torebkę, opakowanie - cokolwiek - odmówili twierdząc, że nie mają... Wyszłam więc z rękawiczkami za 160 zł w ręku... Naprawdę słabe podejście
