Probably the only place in Warsaw with Custom Shop Gibsons. Nice collection even in pandemic times.
I have ordered a guitar and it has not arrived to me. So i have issued a cancellation. Then they said they have sent my money which I haven't received. After a week they said i can pick up the guitar from the store so I went down, they gave me a guitar that has scratches all over, the head-stock was damaged and polished, guitar didn't even tuned so I returned it and asked for my money back! It has been 3 weeks I haven't received my money. I am forced to issue charge back from the bank as they are not willing to help. They let you believe that they are one shop as RnR but if you order anything online it goes to MUSIC CITY in Gdansk. Which is misleading as often people shop with opinions. Please avoid to shop there.
