️️️BIG SCAM WARNING️️️ Don’t leave your credit card details or do any automatic authorization They keep charging you even if you send Email for unsubscribing from gym already been like 4 month. Very dirty gym and toilet super unhygienic. Rusty equipments and very low maintained. Find it so hard to communicate with back office for such issues related to gym or un-subscription . Very crowded feels like a fries factory. They don’t give a damn thing and won’t reply to emails at all. Super disappointing experience!

I have subscribed to this fitness club. They told me that it was a 3 months of subscription only and I could cancel it easily. After three months I went there to say that I want to cancel my membership, they told me that it could only be done by sending an email. I have done it in March, an automatic mail replied to say that the system is too busy, so it could take over 30 days for them to reply. It’s been 5 months!!!! I tried to contact them but it’s impossible! They keep charging me for the subscription. You can’t find anyone to contact. They never answer mails or phones and employees barely speak English. It’s impossible to communicate and find a solution. Now I don’t even live in Poland and they are keep sending me reminder emails for payment of my upcoming months.. Never go there!
Nice place to workout , but if you want to get your card which is under the gym equipment , and you cant get it on your own, you''ll need to pay for a new card. If you want to resign from your agreement , oh well you'll need to wait for 3 months , and not only for this opportunity , but for email confirmation as well. The worst customer service ever, I didnt receive an email reply , however wrote 4 times already , I'm waiting for 3 months now. Gym is nice , but service is so freaking bad, so I want to forget about this place. If you want to receive a replu from bok@mcfit.... just forget about it, they dont exist, at least it seems like that. THE WORST GYM IN POLAND. Thank you for making my day more nervous
I’ve been a client of this gym since 2014. At first it seemed well equipped, clean and fresh. After some time, lots of equipment started to wear out or wear down and there were no actions to fix or change anything despite numerous indications of clients about these problems. The temperature is also a big issue - you can hardly feel any AC is working and the windows can only be opened by keys that are held at the reception desk. I can’t speak for the women’s locker room (unfortunately haha - not really, just kidding I’m not a creep) but the men’s locker room is always really hot and humid without any air flowing through. There are only 3 (yes, three) showers for a two story gym that can have over a hundred men train simultaneously and yet there are only 3 showers - sorry but that’s just not good enough by any means. Not to mention that very often there are problems with the showers or with the water system and only 1 or 2 of the showers are actually available. This gym costs 69 PLN which is a good price for Warsaw but I wouldn’t say you get what you actually pay for because with all these problems being regular, the price should be way lower than that. Other than the hints I mentioned, which is quite a bit, you can still enjoy a good training session. But unless this gym starts treating its clients seriously, people are going to massively leave to the competition and won’t have any incentive to come back

My gym for a long time, I will miss it. Overall great service, peak hours were bearable, showers were clean-ish (or just ok at times), toilets not so much. No free water, no sauna, no extra perks but hey, it's a cheap gym, everything matched my expectations. The choice of machines is in line with the European average, that means no exotic machines to work your glutes from different angles :'( Gym goers generally NICE PEOPLE, you can hit the gym and expect people will leave you alone.
Nice club. more options .not far from metro stations.and Nowy świat.
