It's the first time I've purchased something from your shop and I'm sorry to say I'm extremely disappointed. The way you advertise and price your products make impression your customer is dealing with upper shelf and classy brand - nothing more misleading. Pictures show the condition I've received my items - the carrier cannot be blamed as all items were packaged separately, each duvet in its own box and each pillow in its own plastic bag (not sure why plastic bag since you've also added a cotton bag for each pillow?). Not only each of two purchased blankets were extremely creased but also they smelled awfully, like they've been stored in a damp and dusty place. Do you keep your merchandise packed in bin bags before it's purchased? Moreover, both pillows are uneven and carelessly made. Also, a customer who wishes to order bedding made of high quality and soft material would not appreciate a rough and unpleasant to touch label with logo sawn right on the front of a pillow. I do not understand why your baby pillow requires two labels. I would expect to receive shopping in such conditions from a shabby seller on AliExpress and not from a brand that aspires to be internationally recognised and respected. It's also worth mentioning that 10mins after I placed the order, I've messaged customer service asking to exchange one of the baby pillows for a larger one - and that request was instantly refused. You quoted the fact the order was already paid for. This shows striking lack of flexibility towards your customer. As soon as I've received my order, I emailed you my concerns but I've not received any reply to this day. Also only now I've realised how poor reviews your shop has online and how well deserved that opinion is. I hope my review will provide a warning to others lured by beautiful pictures on your website.

We bought him a comfy sleeping bag/ feeding pillow/ accessories that will grace his lovely little stroller. Próbowałam dać kilka szans, ale zawiodłam się na całej linii. Zdjęcia produktów piękne, ale w praktyce? Kura babci dany (niebieska velvet) puściła w szwach, gdy używałam jej tylko do karmienia. Szyja złamała się po pierwszym praniu wg instrukcji. Mam wrażenie, że od początku miała za mało wypełnienia. Reklamacja trwa 14 dni. Na ten czas chcialam zamówić drugą kurę, ponieważ myślałam, że to moje nieumiejętne pranie plus zwykły pech odnosnie szwów. Druga kura (biała z szachownicą) przyszła odrazu uszkodzona (poprute szwy). Na szczęście tu dostałam po odesłaniu produktu pełen zwrot. Ale to zajmuje, stracony czas i irytacja. Zero przeprosin. Pierwsza kura po reklamacji, tj. zmianie wypelnienia i poprawie szwów nadal ma szyję... No cóż, oceńcie Państwo sami na podstawie zdjęć, na tle podłogi kura po naprawie. Nie polecam.
