From the get-go the focus was to listen to the preferences of the customer, i.e. me in this case and propose solutions and options. With a remarkable speed and professional I found the perfect new residence in town. The level of professionalism stands out in particular when the client is an expat, without any knowledge of the locality, customs and the local language. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to highlight the exceptional experience I had working with Jason Boughner. He helped me find the perfect place for my family, including dog and the he was following also various installations. Very organized and Professional, absolutely commended.
After 1 year working with Hamilton May, I'm very satisfied with the property management service. It was a complicated year because of the COVID and some things didn't go as planned, but I believe judging a company when the unexpected happens is even better than doing it when everything runs smooth. HM and specially Dominika did a very good job taking care of the all the property related matters.
My wife and I could not thank Hamilton May enough especially Marek. His support, advice and overall knowledge was fantastic and he found us the perfect flat. We would easily go back to him when our lease runs out. We couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you.
