Very disappointing procedure. I applied short term student visa since December 2019 till date I'm still waiting them to send me back my passport, there reason is due to covid 19 they are close but my question is my application was made before Covid - 19 lockdown? They waste time, they are not responsible and they don't care about thier applicants so bad to be honest unfortunately I am still waiting my passport and now it's been 6 months already. No consideration
Utterly useless in every respect. Staff unknowledgeable and unprofessional, and will do everything in their ability to avoid responsibility for anything, signposting wherever they can, like dealing with amateurs. If you think you need them for anything, think again. They are there for show only, pretending. Nobody in charge, or unavailable. Makes one ashamed to be British if that's what one is. I think when I spoke by phone to a staff member, it sounded like they were at a party, half drunk. Keep up the good work, chaps.
I applied for a short-term visa, they requested me to submit them all original documents (although I insisted that I do not want to, because this was not the way before and I was worried that they might get lost). They returned my Passport but that was it, none of the original documents (all my contracts..etc) that I have submitted were returned to me. I called Warsaw but they said that I HAVE TO PAY to submit my query. I had paid them for Visa Service and I HAVE TO PAY them again to raise a query for a fault that they made ! This is unacceptable. They did not answer to my e-mails despite I mentioned that these are valuable documents and crucial for my stay in Poland since I have official liabilities that I need to fulfill as a foreigner. They have no respect, no courtesy.

I always have a job here and my wife to.Our life is with a very good relationship with the Greek people and about this you can ask everyone here in Pelion where I leave. From 1 year now I'm trying to get up a new company here in Pelion for some English people a very very good person and I'm glad to know him and his family,for me they are the best. I write you now because I'm very upset very disappointed with your decision about the visa applications which I have done 3 times and now I got a new NO I don't know for what you think that I can't go there(in England)but if you think that I want to go in England to not come back you joking yourself because I will never go far away from my family for any reason more,I was until 11 - 12 years before far away from my family and I now not for England but for nothing I will never leave my son alone. And if I wanted so much to go in England to stay there for me it was more easily to get the GREEK CITIZENS because I have the right to getting that without any problems for about 5 - 7 month and all my family can get the Greek Citizens and then you couldn't stop me to be there. So thank you very much for making me feel so bad and for not helping us with my friends and it's not fair from your side I'm sorry about you and your away to get the decision for myself always after all the papers which we send you
