Informative, not too large a group, friendly tour guide (George?). Walked through lazienki park and the old town as part of it all and learnt a lot about the history of Poland in general as well as just Warsaw. Would recommend.

So badly organised!we got dropped off at the museum of polish uprising and it wasn't even open so we were stranded there for 3 hours!so we found our way home and tried to hop back on at the tomb of the unknown soldier and couldn't find the stop and then the bus drove past us. Absolute waste of money walk around yourself it a much less stressful.

No real benefit in taking tours with this company. Easier and better to just wander yourself or take a taxi around. They dont use microphones and earsets on tours and dont go into any places...just drive by in a bus. Didn't bother finishing the tour. Tour guide was a nice gentleman though.

Tour never arrived. No response to email. The pick up period was 9.45-10.15 which is quite long so I was waiting nearly an hour total before giving up. No buses or guides at all came to the hotel. They did eventually respond to blame me. Naturally. Even though we were exactly where we were supposed to be, with my partner at the door also looking. Righto.
