Horrible customer service. We tried to return a defective product and the staff was extremely rude, trying to show us that the product did actually work, when it clearly didn't. We had to spend like 20 minutes proving that it was defective, and in the end they didn't give us the money back or replace the product. We asked for a complaint form and they said they didn't understand and just gave us a telephone number and an address.

Incredibly rude staff. They didn't offer any packaging for fragile items. When we requested after we had paid by card, they said it will cost and we didn't have any polish change left. They said it wasnt their problem. Didn't look up from her stock list the whole time. Also she didn't give us a receipt and I went back for it. She said she gave us one and another member of staff found it screwed up in the bin. Avoid this store, they don't deserve your business!

Well stocked and good for last minute purchases. The big let down is extremely poor and rude customer service. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you wish to leave with pleasant memories from Krakow.
