I bought a telescope from Jacek at beginning of April 2016. It had 5 days assembly time and next day delivery promised, still it took 30 days to deliver. When it finally came, it didn't work, black box that controls the shutter was faulty. I contacted Jacek and he send a new box, when he felt like it. It was faulty again. So he sent another box, faulty again. When he finally sent a working box, there was a new issue with the shutter, which now closed only 60% and the coin mechanism was constantly jammed with coins. Jack arranged a pick up to bring the telescope to Poland to have it fixed there. We are mid June now, over 2 months since the purchase. I was very hopeful this would fix all the issues, but when it arrived back, the coin mechanism was still jamming and the battery only lasted 2 -3 weeks, not 3 months as promised. After summer full of issues with the telescope, checking and unjamming the coin mechanism twice a day I had enough. I contacted Jacek and asked for full refund, since the telescope is still under warranty. He agreed, but he had "No money" at the time, so I waited. And waited. And waited. And still no money.. Now the telescope is rusted stiff, even though it should be weather proof. It can't be moved from side to side, the shutter is still not closing properly and coin mechanism not working. Recently Jacek sent me a new coin mechanism, that doesn't work again, he just keeps sending rubbish to keep me quiet. All I want now is to buy a quality product from reputable seller and I can't do that until I get my money back. I'm stuck with telescope that doesn't work properly since I got it 15 months ago and no money to replace it. All Jacek does is lying to me, he is a fraudster. I would have been better off to use a tube from kitchen paper roll and use my money as a fire starter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY, IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE! Brian O Conchuir
