We've recently purchased our first leased car there. The car had everything we've paid for and the entire process took less than two weeks- from the word go to getting keys. Also got some bonus gifts for free. Customer service is simply brilliant and remarkable. Mrs Iwona Mizera is very cordial, helpful and friendly, she's answered literally all of our, sometimes even slightly silly, questions with great patience and detail. Everything has been described, presented and calculated (multiple times), nothing hidden nor missed. She was available even during her off hours. Excellent service. Thank you! Conditions we've got were also great- we've compared both the lease terms with other banks & insurance package with other brokers, but what we've got from Toyota was optimal. Worth noting, there's a gas station just next to the dealer, so you can immediately refuel your brand new car you've bought at Toyota Romanowski :)

Very polite staff without hesitating helping you in anything. Yes, it is a bit pricy, however they do meet the standards and service is good. Also, while you wait they offer you a drink, for free :) Definitely recommending!
