A joke of a company, and not a funny one! I am surprised companies are allowed to extort and stress clients as they do. Take my advise and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth the hell they take you through. Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Their service was okay-ish for as long as it lasted. But finish contract with them and then they show their real ugly side. 700 zloty fine for 5-6 months left on a 24 month contract. OK I said to myself. To avoid any confrontation, eventually I complied and paid, and returned them their equipment. This was Nov-2017. Fast forward to Sep-18, after 10 months they contact me with a letter from court stating I owe a further 480 zloty because I did not return router. When I called customer service, I am informed they have no process for registering return and they don't have a document confirming I returned. Hence after moving house twice I must provide them a paper receipt which they never provided by the way.

Good service but subject to some rush hours. Bring a friend who speaks Polish to make things easier or a translator app though.

No one here spoke english, and absolutely no effort to help me. Thanks to that, I lost a lot of time, and still don't have internet. Would not recommend

An hour of waiting to (not) renew my broadband contract! Can't be done online or by phone but a letter would have been acceptable . Quaint :-)
