The customer service at this store is amazing! I went it to get a gotham jacket after reading an online review but when i tried it out in the store, it wasn't very comfortable. I can't remember the guy's name but the person working that day recommended me a parka and tri mountain lite jacket instead which has been working wonderfully. It is -8 degrees today and i am still nice and warm. There is so much more to this story but in essence I am now a North Face convert
