Efficient and helpful. If you speak Polish it would be very useful. For foreigners who don’t speak Polish I highly recommend taking a Polish speaking friend or a note saying exactly what you need in Polish. Otherwise, they might not be as helpful because maybe they wouldn’t understand you. Not everyone speaks English there. Also, remember to take an appointment online before going. The rules changed because of the pandemic.

The staff is very helpful in filling out applications. What could be better - notifying applicants when documents are ready.
I have good experience with people working there. There were a kind lady in Window J she helps me a lot. Aslo there is a kind lady in photocopy shop.
No English spoken. Quick service if you have a translator. Less than 5 min for a NIP application to be processed

Jak na urząd bardzo dobre warunki lokalowe - własny budynek. Wystrój wnetrza na dobrym poziomie. Na miejscu jest barek, w którym można się posilić lub napić kawy/herbaty. Jest kącik zabaw dla najmłodszych. Jest wydzielony pokój dla karmiących matek. Przed urzędem parking. Łatwy dostęp dla inwalidów - trzy miejsca postojowe, brak schodów oraz progów. Jest stojak na rowery. W środku stanowisko \monetia\. Urzędniczki miłe i pomocne. W tej placówce zdecydowanie czuć, że epoka PRL już minęła.
