Very transparent service from this place. You can check the rates online and if in doubt you can always message them via google maps message feature to be sure. They reply quite promptly! I messaged them while still in my home country to be sure they accept my currency from back home and it was really convenient and assuring. I’m happy to have found this on google maps. When I was there to change my currency the staff are so friendly and professional. Not only that, I also realized that indeed their rates are the best in town during my stay in this city.

100% satisfaction. I have used the TAVEX foreign currency conversion service many times, specifically for GBP-PLN, but also PLN-JPY. I have found that their rates are excellent compared to other locations in Warsaw. Their staff are always very friendly and courteous over the phone and their transfers are always very punctual. Note you can even transfer money using your personal bank account so you don’t even need to go to the kiosk to complete the transaction. I trust their service 100% and would not consider anywhere else. Highly recommended whether for personal or business need. Thank you again to the whole team!
