This is an OK bakery (too much pre-frozen bread like everywhere) but the service is so inefficient. There are often 4 people behind the counter but at most only one or two are actually dealing with customers. The others are: 1. rearranging the pastries, moving them from one shelf to another and then back again. 2. removing loaves of bread from the shelves so they can sweep up the crumbs and then rearrange them again. 3. Walking back and forth or in and out of the back room, looking like they're doing something but actually doing nothing. Meanwhile, there are 20 people in a line that is moving really slowly. I have never actually seen all 4 of them working at the same time, no matter how many people are in line. It was much more efficient before the big renovation. Also, I do not know why they put a big window in so you can see the baker at work. Probably to distract you from how slowly the line is moving. All he does is put frozen bread into the ovens and then take them out. Is this the image the bakery wants? Speaking as a baker's daughter... UPDATE: A couple of weeks later I was in the bakery. There were 4 people behind the counter and ALL of them were working! Did they actually read this review? Do they speak English? The line moved really quickly. I was done in 5 minutes. See. I told you!!!! PS. Mini cream puffs are really good.

Słaba obsługa, kiedyś było lepiej. Smaczne pieczywo i ciasta, szczególnie drożdżowe!
Zamówiliśmy tort na rocznicę ślubu, który praktycznie odbiegał od tego co ustaliliśmy z panią w piekarni. Zapewniano nas, że będzie zgodny z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Niestety zamiast smacznego tortu dostaliśmy paciaje, a smakował jak słodki rozmoczony biszkopt ze śmietaną i te mega kwaśne wiśnie w środku. Jak widać na przekroju tortu to grube rozmoczone biszkopty i sama śmietana.Okropieństwo. A miał być tort czekoladowo-śmietanowy a posypali jakimiś kulkami żeby zmylić klienta. koszt 50zł. Nie polecamy. Chyba że kupisz na własne ryzyko
