Grilled salmon with potatoes and lettuce must definitely try! and aperol absolutely need to drink!)))
Food is average, but ok just for one visit and meeting (lower) expectations. Kind, but extremely slow service (it took 40 mins to deliver the main dish). Air conditioning non-existing.
Nuggets were burnt, waiter insisted that it's the dish, not a mishap. Chocolate mousse was more of a glue with whipped cream from the can.

Food was good, wine was chilled... But it's not the Sphinx that it used to be 10-15 years ago. Just one pita bread, portions seems smaller, not working aircon inside... I used to love Sphinx but I will skip it now.
