Good boat, beautiful lake, but staff could be more friendly.
Great company. Highly recommend to use their service. When boarding the boat I realized I lost my three tickets. I quickly ran back to the booth stand where I purchased the tickets but unfortunately someone else was at the window. In desperation I said I would pay for the new tickets but the person to my surprise gave me new tickets without charging me. He said there is a way he can look at the camera to find out if I really paid but since the boat was leaving shortly I would miss the boat if he did this... He made my day! It is nice to meet people that will still believe in you. I really felt great. It was a fantastic feeling to know people care about you. All three of us enjoyed the ride on the lake. It was perfect weather and the scenery was very nice.
