I got diesel for my car. When getting a faktura she misspelled the name for the registration. I immediately showed her the mistake. I said if she just hand write the missing letter and then stamp it with the company stamp it would be OK for my company. She said she did not have a stamp. And she also said they were unable to fix it in the computer. So because of her mistake I will not be reimbursed for the diesel I paid for from my company. Purchase was July 13th, 2020 at about 18.30.

Absolutely disgusting service, we couldn't see the price on the register and don't understand Polish numbers, the female cashier yelled at us one złoty I asked what's your problem she totally ignored us, staff like her should be unemployed. Visited 11 20 am 4-2-2020

Typically to Polish gas stations, some are extremely expensive compared to other gas stations. It would be understandable if it was about different companies - Shell compared to BP, to Statoil, etc., but no - there are huge differences between the same brand. Generally, as a rule of thumb, avoid gas stations located next to the freeways and main routes in cities. Use Google Maps, add 2-3 miles to your journey and you will find another Shell station where the very same fuel is way cheaper.
Excellent customer service ! Stopped here on our journey to a wedding in Lithuania on 25th May 2017 around 2.30pm. Male assistance with petrol tanking was unexpectedly provided as well as a quick wash of the car by one of the staff. Staff inside behind the counter simply amazing, 2 young guys, who were very professional and with pleasant manners. Again we got extra service with our coffees (which are just the best), all this for no expexted extras.... We offered but we're told this was their job. So basically Staff at this petrol station we came across on our day were simply THE BEST we experienced across Poland. Keep it going guys !
Big and nice petrol station where you can buy a cup of coffee and some snacks.
Shell as usual. Good coffe. Worth place to rest few minutes.
