Appalling service. The 2 people who were handling me were just awful. Most recent case the person arrives late by 25 mins after the time I had appointment for and claims I wasn't there on time. When I said I was on time he scoffed and I was lying, didn't even apologise for being late. He remained passive aggressive throughout our transaction and told me not to be late to pick up my car back... of course as you can expect the sales department is the best experience you are going to get after that they will make you feel like you are doing them a favour for being their customer.
