This is a very smart service centre, equipped with modern and trendy amenities. When I went there and took a number from the queueing dispenser, I found that instead of the number appearing on an electronic screen, they are calling the number, and unfortunately in Polish. I thought the electronic display was not working then. The service was prompt and satisfactory.

It is already 2 weeks since phone is in service center. No contact number. No link to check status. No info. Only contact available is via messenger. This is a joke and a disaster. Samsung hotline has no update and tells that you need to contact them directly. Seriously in 21st century i need to drive there? Only angry customers are being served?

They should remove the words 'premium' and 'service' from the building, quoted 2-3 days to have a bezel replaced on my samsung watch - 15 days later and it took half an hour to find it, they hadn't even started repairs and argued when I asked for its return. Shoddy and shameful service experience - wish I could award 0 stars

30 minutes waiting to be informed by grumpy staff that I won't be served \without a number\, no other customers, meanwhile 3 staff members chit chat. Phone impossible to fix due to the fact it was bought abroad. My last Samsung product.
