Such a good Start! I have applied since two weeks for a test drive. A guy from Skoda called me and mentioned he will arrange everything for my test drive on this salon and they will contact me in advance to arrange test drive. Despite I had planned this test drive nobody contacted me. Looks they are not interested into new potential clients. Well done once again and keep it like that.

Went for a periodical check (signaled by the car). They changed the oil filter without changing the engine oil and left me with oil below the minimum. They didn't even bother to top up a bit. Completely unprofessional.

Updated: Called me on my old number on now three separate occasions delaying service pickup. This ocurred months apart and on all occasions i specifically told them i have changed my number and we verified it is correct before i left the dealership. Lady in front desk was rude when i pointed this out. It is your job to be polite, front desk lady. Stay away from this place.

A very arrogant and ignorant service. The execution of a simple headlight setting was unqualified and incorrectly executed. At the time of the complaint, the mistake was not recognized and they did not want to do it again. I need to leave this service point with a dangerous car, because I am blinding the oncoming traffic.
