I have been living in Warsaw for 5 years and always used Activbike for servicing and advice on my 3 bikes (old and new). They are fast, reliable, caring, and very kind. The price-quality ratio is off the charts. They clearly explain everything, always treat you and your problem with care and respect, and always go the extra mile without expecting much in return. During my last visit they made a repair that was judged impossible by my original home country retailer himself. The best part - I didn't even ask for it, I came with a different problem, but they fixed it for free as they noticed it wasn't working properly. Even beyond bike services, this is one of the nicest \service\ encounters I have had in Warsaw. Troche krocej po polsku - po prostu swietny sklep, swietny serwis, swietni ludzie. Rewelacyjnie profesjonalna obsługa. Panowie mega pomocni i super fachowi. Przy czym ceny są dostępne a sprzęt jaki oferuje sklep jest nie do zajeżdżenia. Sprawdziłam to na Kubie podczas 600 kilometrowej wycieczki w różnych warunkach i na ciężkich nawierzchniach. Rower po precyzyjnym serwisie wyśmienicie zniósł trudy podróży jak i transportu lotniczego. Polecam ten sklep i sprzęt jaki oferuje.
