Really impressed with the service, thank you for agreeing to fix my bike quickly and being honest in your service. I came in with my bike and even though the cassette i required was not on hand I was advised that If i manage to find it they will fix my bike quickly. The advice given to me was honest and prices were clearly defined. Outstanding service and highly friendly serviceman.

Hello, Yes, of course. Few months ago I visited your shop, in order to ask about one detail (adapter to pump the wheel). I don’t remember the guy who help me, but later you will probably realize who it was. When I kindly asked for the availability of those adapters, the guy answered that, “yes we have, and the price is 10zl) Everything was fine. The next day, I came to by the adapter. There was another (taller) person working that day. I said that I need the adapter, and he kindly assisted me saying “it will be 5 zl” That’s what was wrong. The guy who offered me the adapter for 10 zl, where the actual price, apparently, is 5 zl. I had two visits, where I give 1 star to the first guy and 5 stars to the second one (he was really nice) so the average turns to be 3.

Usługa wykonana na 5, Pan Jorge bardzo miły i konkretny. Niestety nie było jasne za co płacę. Pan Jorge mówił o jednej rzeczy, za którą należy dodatkowo dopłacić, podczas gdy jego pracownik nic o niej nie wiedział i mówił mi, że chodzi o inną rzecz... Ogólnie w tym sklepie trzeba dokładnie dopytywać o elementy wykonanej usługi, za którą płacimy. Należy też zauważyć, że poziom obsługi przez personel Pana Jorgego stoi na niskim poziomie. Mizerna znajomość języka polskiego, a także szybkie denerwowanie się przez pracowników na klienta powodują, że dwa razy zastanowię się, nim wrócę do opiniowanego serwisu.
Fachowo, terminowo, sprawnie - polecam Rekibiker! Korzystałem już kilka razy, ale dopiero teraz recenzja. Tak trzymać!
Szybsza obsługa niż zakładaliśmy przy zostawieniu rowerów, fachowe doradztwo, przystępne ceny. Polecam!
