At first I brought in my bike to be repaired, and I was told that if I bring it in in seven days they would be able to get it done overnight. I had waited a week,all the while using my barely functioning bike, only to be told when I came in that the arrangement is no longer in place due to high demand. Not only would I have to wait a lot longer than agreed, they informed me that the price would be 290zl instead of the 200zl we agreed to a few days earlier for the same job. The reason why I give this 2 stars and not 1 is that even though I see this as totally unacceptable, the servicemen were polite, even if I was really saddened by their broken word to me and the resulting troubles to find a suitable service centre.

W ostatnim czasie razem rosnącą pasją rowerową odwiedziłem kilka serwisów w celu zrobienia przeglądów kilku rowerów. Niestety tu było najgorzej brak profesjonalizmu aż razi po oczach. Oddany retro rower na pełnym osprzęcie Campagnolo... wymienione linki na Shimano.. ktoś by sie powiedział nie ustalone to mogli. Problem tylko, ze o wymianie dowiedziałem sie po fakcie. Wymiana owijki Brooks - w zestawie taśma do zakończenia jej w ładny sposób .. po co jej użyć lepiej przecież wykorzystać czarna izolacje. Również nie informując mnie o tym... odbieram rower, nagle sie okazuje, ze osoba wydająca nic o tym nie wie. Sorry ale kolejne 400 zł wydam lepiej Ps: kiedy powiedziałem swoje uwagi wydającemu, powiedział no trudno w ramach rekompensaty proszę bon na -15 % na kolejny serwis..
