To be honest, I thought the service would be better. They did everything in principle as it should, but I didn't really like the attitude towards clients. By the way, the price for the work is adequate.

First statement is they only fix laptops, but desktop computers as well. They are very professional and well qualified. They did the best they could to understand and help to solve my problem in English. No very usual around. The very first test is made as soon as you drop your machine in the service desk. They will connect the computer and check it with its owner. They work on the estimated time and keep the budget as agreed. The location may be quite complicated to reach by public transportation and the building itself looks very peculiar, but it doesn't really matters. They have diagnosed my computer problems and the prices are affordable.

unprofessional service; rude staff called in with a faulty hard drive and was charged 80zl for a 'diagnosis' they performed. i wasn't given any test results or proof that the diagnosis had actually been performed. Literally, all I was told was that the hard drive is faulty ... i had to pay to be told what i already knew. furthermore, staff was very unfriendly. didn't answer any of my questions; after i handed him the cash, he slammed my change on the counter and walked off. no 'thank you', 'good bye', etc. btw: most shops offer free diagnosis. even this one prides itself to give 'free advice and consultation to clients'. perhaps the special treatment i was given is reserved to non-polish customers
