This is not how you do the business; first of all if the customer is not satisfied with your service. As a shop owner at least say sorry rather than blaming the customer to protect your reputation It's not shame on me shame on you instead for the customer service Luckily that your shop is located in Poland; if you are in Asia; definitely there is no way for you to survive compared to the customer service there And don't just being aggressive when we complaining about your services I spent 500zl there and I deserve to be treated nicely, this is not mean; this is just fair: you gave us bad service I gave you bad review Shame on you that you don't understand the most basic rules of doing business And seriously where is your discount sign in the store; how can I know that you have a discount; I don't even work there to know that you have it I just know the same copies and there is 2 different prices one is 300 and one is 500 So hopefully everyone can read my review and they can judge who is right who is wrong And again you are a very aggressive owner and your customer service is beyond bad

Best place in town. I have been to few different print shops and hands down these people offer the best service. I have places closer to where I live but I dont mind going little bit further to get better deal.

The people working there always like to charge extra money by ounding off\ (for example: you print something that would cost you 3.70zl according to their prices, they would charge you 4.00zl). Therefore, avoid this place unless you already calculated and know how much it would cost you before you go in.

Najlepszy punkt xero w Lublinie, można tutaj wydrukować i xerować wszystko, od jednej kartki, przez książki aż po drukowanie i oprawę prac magisterskich. Oprócz tego możemy tutaj wygrawerować praktycznie to co chcemy na różnych materiałach. Jakość wydruków, również tych kolorowych jest bardzo wysoka. Obsługa jest naprawdę profesjonalna, kompetentna i zawsze pomaga gdy trzeba coś np. poprawić. Największym minusem jest problem z parkowaniem, miejsca przy ulicy są zawsze zajęte.

Do tej pory nie miałem zastrzeżeń przy korzystaniu z ich usług. W piątek jednak spotkała mnie nieprzyjemna sytuacja. Za kopie dokumentów zapłaciłem 492 zł ! (taniej wyszło by mi samemu na drukarce wydrukować). Gdy zwróciłem uwagę, że chyba trochę źle policzyli, dostałem informację, że taki cennik i z pretensjami do szefa o cennik (nie miałem czasu czekać). Częściowo moja wina, bo bezmyślnie zamówiłem ksero w kolorze, a okazało się, że dużo stron A3 ma pojedyncze kreski w kolorze lub samą parafkę pod rysunkami. Proszę uważać na to co zostawiacie w tym punkcie do skopiowania. Ja już więcej tam nie zajrzę, bo czuję się oszukany (to jest ksero w kolorze, nie wiem jak to nazwać jak nie naciąganiem klienta).
