A good place to learn about aviation history, the display is organized by year/model. The descriptions about each display are both in Polish and English. The display is open air and given the weather of Krakow (snow/rain) these are degrading fast, please take care to preserve the legacy of aviation history.

Very nice place to visit with small kids, entertaining with many modules you can touch and feel how it was. Big area to walk outside, make photo's ;) There is a souvenir shop with fair prices, good quality toys for kids. You can go inside a helicopter to see it from inside, but just to see, not touch. There is interactive hangar with kinematics and sounds, very interesting. Recommend to visit and spend here 2 hours.
Very nice collection of planes, both western and eastern, including some unique pieces. Most planes are in good condition and well maintained. Detailed descriptions in Polish and English and what I value a lot is that most planes in outdoor exposition are accessible from all sides (no fences). Nice thing is that on Tuesdays is admission free.
amazing place for the plane lover...incredible amount of planes from all times. I’ve never seen anything like it quantity wise. Planes are not so well conserved though which is kind of sad.
Great experience! Must see if you’re interested in aviation in any way. Several hangars will guide you through the history of the aircraft from the very beginning, the engines from the early piston to the fighters’ turbojets, the weapons like the missiles and the guns. You’ll also see lots of aircraft outside on the field – the whole alley of early MiGs and SUs, also the Polish and the other European-made airplanes are exhibited. A couple of big planes like An-26 and Tu-134 were definitely my favourite... So, prepare yourself to spend half a day here, it took us almost 4 hours to see everything.
It's an extensive collection of planes from many countries, mostly Russian but used by Polish forces. There are good descriptions and interesting displays. The shop is quite good but there is no cafe, which is a pity.
Wonderful display of older aircrafts. Really love the variety of different Mig 21's and similar, special airplanes you don't see many other places and many helicopters. Almost all of the airplanes have a poster with information on both english and polish language - which tells about both the airplane type and the individual on display. A wonderful museum that I'm sure I'll visit again!
I visited already few museums of aviation in Europe and have to say it is one of the best. You can feel its run by ppl who have passion to aviation and history of polish aviation.
