STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND! I strongly recommend you keep away from this company. If you expect to any post purchase support don't count on it. I called and the service department representative laughed at me with disregard straight into the headset. You'd think, that with proof of purchase and direct contact, you could expect the manufacturer to provide service, but it seems they have that part of their website for decoration only. They're a rebrander of cheap equipment and count on the customer getting tired before they have to fulfill a service request. For the price, you can get A NAME BRAND DEVICE and receive support you'd expect for a 70 LED lamp. Same goes for their IT equipment. Low budget radio, cheap plastic and below par backbone on their switching and routing devices leave not just much, but everything to expect from someone trying to compete on a TP-Link/D-Link level. Save yourself the time and get something with real support.

Jedna gwiazdka za sprzedaż produktów NIENAPRAWIALNYCH. Ot, chociażby taka lampka biurkowa z WBUDOWANYM panelem LED za ok. 200 zł. Typowy tzw. elektrośmieć, którego niebawem sprzedaży zakaże Unia Europejska.

Nie polecam tej firmy.Dwukrotnie reklamowałem Power bank 10000mAh, który przerywa ładowanie baterii w telefonie,nagrałem również usterkę na płytce która została wysłana wraz z urządzeniem do serwisu.Wątpię czy ktokolwiek coś zrobił i zobaczył nagranie,bo mi się wydaje że serwis ma gotową formułkę i odpisuje to samo na każdą reklamację.Nadmieniam że to nagranie widział nie jeden fachowiec i stwierdził że nie powinno się tak dziać.
