Rented a car from them for a week. When contacting Piast they replied immediately and answered all my questions. Upon arrival in Gdansk airport we were met by a gentleman who led us to our car, showed me how to set everything up. We signed documents and paid for the little Clio we agreed on. The car was very reliable, clean and well kept. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever. We returned the car to the airport when we were leaving and left it on the parking lot as agreed. One off payment up-front, no deposits, no hidden costs, no extra charges. Highly recommend! I will ABSOLUTELY use them again!
We have rented a car from Piast for 3 weeks in December and in January. 5 stars experience all around! Great prices, no hidden costs, simple and straightforward contract and excellent customer service. Respond rate 100%, response time within 1 hour, each time we contacted them. Also, a little over a year and a half ago while in Gdansk, I needed a car for 5 weeks in the summer. All car rental companies were booked solid including Piast, but only they tried to help me out anyways by offering to rent different vehicles for few days at the time, and make it work that way. In the end I ended up borrowing a friend's car, but Piast called me about 2-3 weeks later asking if I still need a car, because they had a cancellation. The cars are clean, in good shape and relatively new (ours was 2014) It's a smaller company and the car fleet is not very big but I will rent from them every time I am in Gdansk and need a car. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for a car rental in Gdansk. Thank you Piast!

Miałem okazję przejechać 1000km dostawczym Fordem Transit. Żadnych problemów, auto czyste i zadbane pod kątem mechaniki a ceny stosunkowo niskie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wypożyczającym. Na pewno jeszcze nie raz skorzystam
