Wonderful place if you like parrots

Well the place is good enough, but in Koszalin it was much more better. Let me explain. Staff in Bydgoszcz is very impolite, one young girl started crying to me that I was hurting the bird but in fact I didn't. I understand polish language quite well, but I couldn't understand her. I am not planning even touch the birds, cause she is know rules and have been at another parrot house in Koszalin where staff is much more better. Another reason of 3 stars is the light. On photo you can see that there is no artificial light and you can see normally birds from the entrance side. You have to stay back to the windows to see colors and birds normally. Rather I would not recommend it. Try it at Koszalin, really you will not regret. I would rather put even 1 star, but I like Bydgoszcz, one of my favorite city. That's why it is 3 stars. Hope I was correct. Also you can see lamas there. Nothing special, but kids could be happy.
Very nice place to visit. Good place to bring kids. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful and brings the birds, introduce their names, background etc..

Super great place, you can feed the birds and touch them they come to you and sit on you it was a great experience, but don’t wear any expensive clothes or jewellery because the birds will grab it and eat it. Wear something you want to wreck honestly my jumper is ready for the bin
Nice, friendly staff and even more friendly parrots.The place has a huge parking place. Peace of advice: go early (10:00 AM) wen the birds are hungry :)
Kids loved it. Friendly animals and helpful people. Worth visiting especially in the morning.
