I used the rent companies across the world and never ever had such a bad experience like with this company. They kept deposit for three months and did not respond for emails and when I called them , they hanged up as soon as I explained what is my phone about... Eventually I managed to get money back but be aware this is the company which should to be avoided like the plague.

Don’t rent from Panek! Irresponsible company, they take reservations for not available cars! Don’t take responsibility for their mistakes Margo
They didn't refund my deposit 2000 PLN, and they don't answer why. I'm 100% there was nothing problem with the car when I return.
Just one Star for clean and New car. But terms and conditions is not clear. When you wont add addirional driver this is very complicate. And the last one you must return very clean car outside and inside. If you dont do this they charged you 30 euro. Not frendli Staff. NOT RECOMENDET
Poor customer service. They will charge you a lot with currency exchange if you don't have a Zloty credit card.
When I rented a vehicle from Panek, I expected the worst and low blow charges when returning it. However, surprisingly the service at the desk when picking up was quick, polite and professional with no insistence to buy any additional insurance. Hmmmmmm????? When returning the vehicle, at 730am, after 17 days, the business was closed due to the employee's breakfast time. Understandable. I dropped the key into the drop box, and 2 hours later, I received an invoice, via email, with no extra charges, no BS charges for preexisting damages. I'd definitely return to do more business with Panek crew. Thank you.
AVOID AT ALL COST. Dishonest to downright fraudulent rental place. They found small scratches on the car after I have returned it, charged full deposit (which is 500, way more than this should be charged), and refused to release ANY documents that would let me file an insurance claim against my travel insurer. They operate this \preagreed upon penalty\ which basically means that if there's ANY damage (like 10 worth of damage), they will charge you full deposit and don't have to give you any documents. Maybe it's legal in Poland, but it is not how international insurance companies and car rental companies operate. Renting from this place you risk getting overcharged for any damage (we're talking kind of damage that in US would just be ignored) and no way to claim your insurance on it. FWIW, I asked a friend, Polish lawyer, if I have any recourse - she said that I could sue them if I wanted, but altogether I should've asked first before renting, because they have the worst opinion locally.
They were late 2 hr, What is more, they wanted to charge me 1200zł for broken lamp (Seat Ibiza) good I had photo to show them, they dont have it on system. Make sure you check everything before you take the car!!!
