Unhelpful customer service that does not work with you, they just talk to you and treat you as if they were robots. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks somewhere else. In the long run it will save you lots of headaches and hassles. 5 months after I get home from my vacation I have to have a suprise charge on my credit card.
