Very helpful staff but could be more professional about what they doing and get trained up so they up to date 2019/2020.. some people can get more but they not informed about it so when they talk to other people using service it come out that they deserve more money like refund for medication, help with grant for opening new businesses for polish people coming back from abroad or help on getting their own place as it is in their rights but instead they are kept from it until is to late...

Przeprowadzając się do Rybnika 4lata temu miałam wrażenie, że urzędnicy rybniccy działaj zgodnie z prawem. Niestety żeby coś powiedzieć o kimś trzeba go poznać. Po czasie mogę stwierdzić iż pracownicy socjalni są niekompetentni, subiektywnie oceniają daną osobę. Polecam wymienić pracowników na przyjezdnych z innych odległych miejscowości nie będą wtedy sprawy rozpatrywane po znajomości,.....

Pracownicy pomocni jednak te pomoc mogli by troche rozgraniczyc ,poniewaz alkoholicy na nia nie zasluguja.

Panie niezbyt miłe, zachowują się jakby tam siedziały za karę.

Większość Pań obsługujących jest w porządku. Jest elektroniczny system kolejkowy, można wziąć numerek i usiąść, jest klimatyzacja i toaleta.
