I ordered 2 very carefully selected orchids from here in May 2019. One came dehydrated but much worse than this it had mealybug. I treated it successfully before they had a chance to spread. I also told Justyna the owner and received an acknowledgement but no apology. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe this was a one-off. The other orchid was a Phalaenopsis that I chose because the photos showed it as nearly a true red. After nurturing it for 9 months, it flowered - dark purple. This was a big disappointment, the website had badly misrepresented it. I communicated with Justyna about this through several emails over 2 weeks. She just made excuses and was not interested in remedying this in any way. I told her I will leave a review, it is up to her whether it will be good or bad, and said I would wait 1 more week. Still no change. She may well supply a huge variety of orchids, but for them to be supplied dehydrated, with mealybug, and the wrong colour (see photo), with no interest in after-sales remediation, I do not recommend this supplier and will not be ordering from here again.

Zamówienie nie dostarczone, żadnej opieki nad klientem czy przesyłka doszła, firma kurierska to jakaś katastrofa. Generalnie kiedyś dostarczymy ale jeszcze nie wiadomo czy i kiedy.
