I am a foreign student that came to Warsaw for the long term. I got Carina’s number from a fellow student to find an apartment. I contacted Carina a few weeks before my flight to Warsaw, and she immediately answered my text. She showed me a lot of high-quality apartments within my budget. She was patient and super lovely during the whole process. She found me a great apartment in an excellent location, and within my budget frame, she wrote the contract, and we signed it remotely, and it was smooth and efficient. When I came to Warsaw, she picked me up from the airport. She took me to my brand new apartment when I met my new owner, and a few seconds after that, the WIFI company rang the doorbell after Carina arranged the installation of the WIFI network for me. She helped me adjust my new life while being super friendly and super professional. Her service was above and beyond the standard service of a real state agent. She is fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to Warsaw! אני סטודנט שבא ללמוד בוורשה לתקופה ארוכה. קיבלתי את המספר של קרינה מסטודנט במטרה למצוא דירה לגור בה בזמן הלימודים. דיברתי עם קרינה כמה שבועות לפני שאני מגיע לוורשה והיא מיד ענתה היא הראתה לי המן דירות יפות במסגרת התקציב שלי. היא הייתה סבלנית נעימה ומאוד מועילה עם עצות על האזורים השונים בעיר. בסוף, היא מצאה לי דירה מדהימה, במיקום מדהים ובמסגרת התקציב שלי. שהגעתי לוורשה היא אספה אוי משדה התעופה ודאגה לי להכל: ביטוח לדירה, קניות לריהוט בית (למרות שהדירה מרוהטת לחלוטין), סיור בשכונה החדשה, מספר טלפון מקומי ועוד המון דברים...! היא מקצועית, סופר נחמדה ואדיבה, יודעת לנהל חוזים בשלט רחוק וכמובן גם סיורי דירות בכל העיר. כל אחד שיגיע לוורשה אני אמליץ עליה כטלפון הראשון שצריך לעשות!

I was working with Carina and found her very professional and correct. She managed to finally present me an apartment which matched my expectations and that I purchased. Carina did not only support me with choice and advised different possible places, she also gave the full customer service: Contract design (co-operation with notary), helping me as a foreigner with the authorities (changing ownership), even going with me to internet and electricity provider in order to organize all - so the apt is ready to move in.
