Oakland kept our 15k zl deposit after we couldn't get financing (due to cornavirus our mortgage broker was very slow and messed up the paperwork) which is strange since the project was delayed several years. Also the \CEO\ offered what he called \VAT optimization\ where he wanted us to pay him 50k zl in cash during closing so he could cheat taxes.
