It's worth to visit this place and carefully listen to the story about icon production. It allows to understand how careful and patient are the icon painters and how difficult is the process of icon production.

An impressive collection of old orthodox artefacts, atmospheric interiors. The whole thing ought to be more interactive though, it feels like an old mass where all are led with little or no exchange or input from the participants.

Wow, I didn't expect that, but this small museum is top level (think Warsaw Uprising Museum). Half an hour to an hour guided tour (in Polish, but I saw they offer English) is a good deal, considering a really smart layout - lights, music, good photoops (no glass in front if exhibits), and many diverse and beautiful icons. Mind you, both the museum and the monastery close by 1600, so plan to stop earlier. As usual, check Wikipedia for more info and photos.

Just OK but you must be really interested in icons and Orthodox religion to enjoy this place. Otherwise, a little boring.
