I had mixed experience with this store. Positives: 1. Many options to choose from 2. Fast Shipping within Europe 3. Good Deals comparitively Negatives 1. Need to have better quality control. 2. Received a product with wrong color compared to description in the website, so had to negotiate hard with the store to provide proper compensation 3. Received wrong product. But got the difference in price refunded after negotiation. 4. Customer Service representatives speak Polish only. Conversation in English was difficult. 5. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer with this store.

My wife ordered quinny stroller which showed mailfunction after 3 rides. Shop showed zero cooperation to solve this problem. We had to contact European Consumer Center and tried to claim our consumer rights guaranteed by EU Dthat seller Directives.They told us that that shop shows no interes to solve this issue. Consumer satisfaction is not important at all to this seller. We will never buy from mulan again and we strongly not recommend this shop to anyone.
I would not reccomend this shop to anyone. I bought brand new stroller for my first newborn child and after few usages i noticed that the stroller folds by itself with barely any pressure. Of course this presents big safety risk for my newborn, so I immediately contacted mulan.pl for assistance and in hope to solve this issue. The amount of ignorance and rudeness that I recieved from their customer care is inexplicable. I would never ever reccomend this shop to anyone, because if you have issues with their products, your customer rights will not be respected.
