Massive electronics store. There was plenty of staff who were helpful, and I got a coupon for a promotion on my way in. They have a huge selection of various goods including kitchen supplies, games, books, ovens, and more. They didn't have the kind of phone case I was looking for, nor electric instruments. Prices are similar to Auchan- pretty average. The sale items might be a better discount if you can catch a good promotion for what you're looking for.

The service was extremly poor. I spent around 800pln in shopping. Wanted to have the invoice and was asked to go to service window. Stood in que after paying for 20minutes and then I was asked to check myself if I can get the document quicker at the invoice window near the cash desk which i did but without success. There were so many service and cashiers but no sense of service. People were in masks which were not fully covering the nose. Finally i left the place not receiving the invoice although already paid for the equipment, hoping to go to this store during the week.
SO GOOD AND CHEAP
We made order, paid for it, when we came to take it , they told that, it was the last one which on exposition and there is mistake in system. Just took our time for nothing.
Parking is awkward
Purchased a color printer here one weekday morning in the space of about ten minutes because the sales associate invested time to hear our requirements and questions. He was highly knowledgeable about printer product offering and very courteous. This was a very good, productive and efficient visit to a Media Markt. The sales associate asked questions about intent and purpose so that he could provide optimal recommendation. Good shopping experience.
